Works For Me Wednesday - meme-miscWe all would like to lose a few of the Christmas pounds we put on.Watching what we eat is a big help, but the most important item is DRINK WATER. I go to Walgreens and get one of the large jugs (like the one pictured here) fill it up with water in the morning, and I know if I finish all the water in a day then I get the amount of daily water needed. If water is too plain, add some lemon, or crystal light to the jug. DRINK UP, it is a must if you want to lose any weight.

This works for me!

I just finished exercising in my attempt to shed a few pounds.

I know I need to drink more water. I usually have a water bottle and know I need to fill it so many times in a day to get the required water. That gets discouraging. Maybe if I had just one bottle to get through… it would help.

I just may find myself at Walgreens today!! :-) What size is your bottle? 48 oz, 64 oz, etc.

I try to drink my daily supply of water…Some days I am not really good at it, thus I notice it when I get too tired.

Holy cow batman. We’re the same person. I know we are. I have that jug and do the same thing! I’ve gotten very disciplined about it since starting…..the diet. Great minds think alike!

I can’t begin to tell you how much I hate plain tap water — even with lemon in it … does it count as water if you flavor it with Crystal Light?

Great reminder. I need, need, NEED to do this. I swear, I might run by Walgreens later. :)

Love ya!
