Thankful Thursday

1. Ok Ok I am crying UNCLE… I have had the blessing to be given several awards that I have not publicly thanked the wonderful people who gave them to me. The last straw was that I got this award from Cynthia at Beneath the Ivy Wreath and to be honest I don’t feel like I have been very nice because I have not said anything about the awards. I am not very good at bringing attention to myself and admitting I got a certain award, I know, I know. Thank you Cynthia it means a lot that you thought of me. (ok where did my picture go?? sometimes I see it sometimes I dont anyways it was the “Nice Matters” Award)

2. Even before the award Cynthia gave me I was given this award

See I am not nice or thoughtful. But for some reason Barbara at Stray Thoughts thought so and so did Janeen at Our Story. You three bless this little heart and put an extra step in my day. Thank you very much!!

3. I am thankful that I am not traveling to the football games this Saturday, I am staying behind with my son who has the staples.

4. I am thankful for friends who listen to my whine and cry and pout and still talk to me =)

5. I am excited to be hosting a birthday party for my middle son on Sunday.

6. This has been a difficult week for me personally and I am thankful God has made himself evident to me, reminding me of his love.
