I can’t imagine walking 5 miles that’s how out of shape I am. You’re motivating me to walk….I was going to say tomorrow but I doubt that will happen. lol You’re motivating me to walk to bed.
Blessings~
Way to go with walking during football practice. What a practical and beneficial way to spend that time…

One word…..”aleve”.
Actually, more words, “you go girl”! I wish I could be there to do that 2 hour walk too! That is the way I lost weight several years ago! I NEED to walk!
God bless you and your sore muscles! Have an awesome “week/weekend”!

WOW! That is GREAT! Keep it up, it only gets easier. If you can walk again, lol.
What a nice list. Isn’t forgiveness wonderful…I totally forgot I ws supposed to do the Children’s messaage at our church one day. I’m standing back in the back, sent my kiddos up, and said “Hmmm, I wonder who has the message today?” I opened my bulletin to find out…and there was MY NAME staring back at me. I was so mortified. But everyone forgave me and life continued.
5 miles…that’s awesome! My goal is 1-2 miles 5 days a week.
Blessings-Andie
I like your list - we always seem to need a little mercy don’t we? I know I sure do!
Wow, can you walk still? I’d be flat on my back…someone would have to carry me home if I walked that much! LOL Thanks for sharing your list!

What a wonderful list. I am also thankful for friends.
You know, Laurel, we all forget things…or mess things up, like me. I just messed up the schedule again *sigh* - I really need a grip!!!
I am glad that your survived the 5 miles down the sidelines. I am sure you are getting a great workout during football season with three boys.
Take care of yourself - drink lots and lots of water (or green tea - hehe)…
