I love Fall Giveaway – Day 4

by Lori

For those of you just joining us don’t forget to visit Day 1, 2, & 3

Did you enter Darlene’s giveaway? I am drooling over that bag, may have to buy one for myself. If you didn’t, go now we will wait… Ok, now for day 4.

On a side note: YOU GUYS ROCK! I passed a record on my blog yesterday with the most visitors in one day!!! Today will be even better, there is jewelry involved!

Every day this week I will have a giveaway here on my site. Also I will be highlighting a new blogger and she will be hosting a giveaway on her site! So you have the opportunity to enter two giveaways. That is at least two chances to win.

Fine print: Only enter each giveaway once. Giveaways are for everyone unless it says (US and Canada only). You do not need a blog to enter, just a valid email. All winners will be announced here Wednesday, September 10th. You will be able to enter each giveaway until September 9th.

If I asked you the question, who has known me the longest in blog world I bet none of you would get it right. Crystal knew me when…

untitled1Crystal and I met on a Crown Financial forum many years ago, we lost touch for a bit and then found each other when we both began blogging. Since then Crystal has started up her own business called Two Belles & a Bead. I can personally vouch for her jewelry; I myself have purchased a necklace and earings. Crystal is an excellent photographer but I have to say the pieces are so beautiful in person. You will not be disappointed. I can not say enough good things about them. Head on over to Song of my Soul to see Crystal’s giveaway.

IMG_3830Ok I know jewelry and cooking don’t really go together, but humor me. You can look good while making some of the yummy recipes in these two book.

I love chicken, and the first cook book gives you tons of ideas of how to cook chicken. The second book “Barbarians at the Plate” is filled with kid friendly recipes (I love the book’s title). Just a side note the “Barbarians at the Plate” cookbook was written by Greta Van Susteren’s (Fox News Channel) sister in law.
monkey bread
To accompany your cook books is a box of Monkey Bread from William’s and Sonoma. If you have never had monkey bread you are missing out on yummy, gooey, goodness.

Open to US and Canada only.

Laurel, I have really been enjoying looking up your friends on their blogs! I’ve skipped & jumped around, reading & looking at videos & photos (maybe the “videos” were actually slide shows – oops!), just having a good time in general. Anyway, thank you for sharing them with us!

Your cookbooks look great – chicken is one of my favorites, and I just love collecting cookbooks and recipes in general (I might need to speak to Beverly about a little downsizing there!)
