Everyday Mommy asks what our favorite everyday thing is.

Everyday Mommy - biblical-message

One of my favorite Everyday things, is the fact everytime I speak to my husband on the phone he tells me he loves me. I never want to take that for granted and there is not a day that goes by that he does not tell me that. I know at times I rush and say “Love you too” or “bye”. But it is an everyday thing I cherish.

Isn’t that great? I love having a loving husband, too - we’re lucky!

you know, that is a wonderful thing to be thankful for. I need to recognize those small moments more.

My girls heard their dad and me say that so many times, they do it now every single time we speak on the phone. And they do it with their own husband/fiance. It really is nice.

That’s another favorite. Isn’t lovely to be reminded everytime. In my case it is pretty much everytime we speak since he is home with me and always ends the conversation with I love you.

I am thankful that my husband still says “thank you” after every meal I cook. He even notices when I may have done a little extra cleaning. :>)

I also love it when my husband tells me that. I like it that we say it to each other every single time we say goodbye. I will never grow tired of hearing it! ~Cassandra

We do that, too, and it is indeed a very special “everyday” thing. I’ve noticed both of my kids saying that to us on the phone or when we say goodbye in person. I know it’s because all of their lives they’ve heard that… everyday! Have a great weekend.
