Sweet post girl! In response to you…we go to Alexandri, MN to Lake Carlos. But we’ve been to Ely! There’s a little town there, Tower, where we spent time on Lake Vermillion at some friends’ cabin. Totally gorgeous there. The water looks like root beer behind the boat! Have an awesome weekend!!

So sweet. I’ve been super emotional today about marriage since it’s our anniversary and Justin’s away. You’re blessed (and so am I) with a great marriage.

(And now Caleb thinks his Daddy lives in the computer because we talk to him via webcam, so we love our computer, too!)

Loved the “marriage” post! I know the “broken places well”….down on my knees is the only way I survived. God is faithful! Ever present in times of trouble….and joy as well!
The cartoon is precious! I have made so many new friends in the land of “bloggerville”….never new exists 6 months ago!
God is good! All the time….and all the time, God is good!!
Have a blessed weekend!!
BTW, I am having a book give-away (wasn’t sure how to do a pay it forward–linky thing–so this is what I decided:)

Some of the best marriages I know are couples who started out as friends. It’s a great way to start a lasting relationship. Sounds like it worked for you two!

And that little icon you made is adorable. And true. :-)

What a refreshing story to hear a couple who have had problems but didn’t give up, fought for their marriage and are now celebrating 14 years together, CONGRATULATIONS! Thanks Laurel for your honesty, integrity, and your faithfulness x

Oh, I love to see others who are as happy to be married as I am. And amen… if you can survive the first 10 years of marriage, you can survive most anything!
