in Thankful Thursday

After this post I need to find some things to be thankful for =)

1. I am thankful that getting my car fixed was not as expensive as orignally estimated.

2. I am thankful for my family.

3. I am thankful for my health.

4. Last but not least, I am thankful my family is letting me run away to rock babies next week.

Yesterday is over; today is a new day, with a renewed mind and car :) And you can look forward to cuddling those sweethearts!

Thanks for sharing your car/key story. It is encouraging to hear that I am not the only one who has those kind of predicaments. They make one thankful for new days and rescuers, and new plans so those things don’t happen again.
Thankful with you.

Oh, I could list #1 on mine - DH’s car went to the shop yesterday - not because it had too but because it needed to - thankfully, it wasn’t as much as we thought it may be. Whew

Hey Laurel,

Yes, I’m so thankful things worked out for you! Hope you have a wonderful time away visiting those precious twins!

Bless you dear, praying for you.

So glad you found things for which to be thankful. I had a day like that with my car… but I didn’t have the policeman. I am quite thankful for that!
Blessing, Kim

I will have to catch up on your previous post, but I am thankful with you that your repairs are not as bad as first thought.

I am so happy for you that you will rock the little boys soon :)

Thank you so much for sharing your grateful heart with us this week.

Blessings to you and yours :)

So glad the car saga turned out well. I hate broken cars, and dealerships. They simply annoy me. I also wanted to say a big Thank You for all the kind words and encouragement you’ve sent my way. You are a gem and I truly appreciate you.
Many blessings,
DK

It’s good to find the things to be thankful for. I bet you can not wait to get a hold of those babies! By the way, I had a dream you visited me! :)

It’s wonderful that you sat down to count your blessings, after the week you’ve had. I hope you have a really nice, quiet and mishap-free weekend.

Have a great time!

It is such a blessing when car repairs aren’t going to be as expensive as originally anticipated.

I am dense–I had to click the “rock babies” to figure out where you were going! I had a mental picture of small rocks…maybe it was the rock babies in the Veggie Tales Pirates movie :) I’m glad you didn’t discover the missing tail lights by being rear ended, and that you can be thankful in spite of a meeting with Mr. Nice Policeman! (I had a meeting with him last weekend–luckily he only gave me a warning!)
